Programming

A Short Summary

I never expected to like programming. In fact, I had avoided it for years. Thankfully, though, I was finally forced to take some classes in the subject while going for my Electrical Engineering degree. I liked the classes so much that I changed my major to Computer Science.

Programming is a challenging, fussy, and detail-oriented endeavor. At the same time, it is expressive and creative and rewarding when you finally figure out how to do something new. There is also a wealth of easily accessible material on the internet.

As an example, consider the following video which only seems to get funnier the more I learn about programming.

Another example is this amazing presentation on GIT.
